Multi-sloped roofing system that was challenging in the way of structural damage repair and flashing installation at various connections, elevations and penetrations.
New Roof Installation
This challenging roofing system was replaced using the best membrane on the market. Original roof was leaky and needed timely replacement. Work was done in rainy season and had to be attacked quickly and efficiently which is exactly how Eco Smart performs.

Roofing system originally was composed of 60 year old, worn out and delaminated asphalt shingles in combination with tar and gravel roofing system in the back. Was successfully changed to new type A, 40 Year shingles by Certainteed and a 4-ply bitumen torch down system covered in epoxy primer and siliconized coating.

Asphalt shingles are the most common roofing materials that are available. It’s because asphalt has proven itself as effective against water and other destructive elements. However, despite its resilience against the weather, it remains flexible. The asphalt shingles used by 7×7 Roofing are made of high quality materials reinforced by fiberglass that will not dry out or become brittle during its lifetime as 7×7 mostly installs white or commercial white asphalt shingle roofs.

This solar roof was completely taken down, stripped of all solar components and membranes, re-installed in a proper way following new and more efficient solar system installation with better solar technology that is calibrated for foggy weather.
Solar Roof - Reimagined
This roofing system started as old layers of membrane and shingles piled on top of each other, the roof was leaking and previous contractor who flipped the building did not pay attention to the roof, solar system was older but no proper solar stantions and sills were installed. Entire roof was taking in water, destroying interior surfaces in spaces below. Solar was taken down step by step, entire roof was stripped of all coverings, structural damage was repaired and new roofing system was re-installed using new sills, flashings and step flashings. New solar stantions were installed and new solar was put in with an excellent inverter, leaving us with a smiling client.

This roof has changed from being old and leaky to modern, efficient, energy harvesting beast. Replaced the entire roof with solar system while structurally reinforcing top of the building.
Started it’s life as a single ply bitumen roofing system of first generation covering multiple layers of tar and gravel roof membrane, the roof was in horrible condition and was in need of timely replacement. Eco Smart came in with two crews and removed all layers of membrane, repaired all damage at structural framing and installed structural plywood over existing wood deck system. We installed new 4-ply roofing system consisting of bitumen torch down, installed new solar stantions, coated the roof with epoxy primer and siliconized coating. It’s a beauty that will serve decades.
