Solar Roof - Reimagined
This roofing system started as old layers of membrane and shingles piled on top of each other, the roof was leaking and previous contractor who flipped the building did not pay attention to the roof, solar system was older but no proper solar stantions and sills were installed. Entire roof was taking in water, destroying interior surfaces in spaces below. Solar was taken down step by step, entire roof was stripped of all coverings, structural damage was repaired and new roofing system was re-installed using new sills, flashings and step flashings. New solar stantions were installed and new solar was put in with an excellent inverter, leaving us with a smiling client.
